Senior Processing Attendant - Despatch Team

The Role We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processing Attendant (Distribution) to join our team at our Huonville Processing site.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday- Friday roster, support the Team Leader and logistics team with day-to-day warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities A forklift License is essential for this role.

• Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Support a small team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the Team Leader in achieving operational goals.
• Uphold Tassal’s commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wet processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Forklift license.
