Senior Processing Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prior knowledge in Immigration Counseling and Processing.
• Filing the cases, Taking follow ups for the documents, solving client queries
• Helping Individuals who wanted to relocate internationally
• Maintain strong working client relationships.
• Very good at assisting immigrants with filing paperwork and legal representation in order to obtain work authorization.
• Documentation for visa for US, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe requirements.
• Handling client queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.
• Daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the forms.
• Immigration filings & process.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills & command of English (Mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with computers and the Internet is a must.
• Passion to learn and grow.
• Responsible and motivated to give your best.
• Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
