Senior Procurement Engineer / Officer

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, price, and delivery.
• Request and compare quotations and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Project, Estimation, Operations, Accounts, and Stores teams regarding procurement requirements.
• Monitor material deliveries, lead times, and outstanding orders.
• Maintain and update the supplier database and procurement records.
• Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and quality requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delays, shortages, and quality issues.
• Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist with project material planning and procurement schedules.
• Prepare regular procurement reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, MEP, contracting, or a related industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and market prices in the UAE.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
