Senior Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, Purchase Order issuance, delivery follow-up, and order closure.

Procure AV equipment, products, project materials, subcontractor services, and other operational requirements.

Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.

Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service.

Guide junior procurement staff where required.

Requirements

Diploma /Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in AV, IT, system integration, engineering, construction, or project-based businesses.

Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and commercial skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight project timelines.
