Senior Procurement Executive (F&B)

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing and purchasing of ingredients, equipment, packaging, and other F&B-related materials from China and Malaysia
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
• Manage end-to-end procurement workflow, including quotation comparison, order placement, logistics tracking, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Monitor product prices and identify opportunity for cost saving (through price negotiation, substitute product, tax exemptions, etc.)
• Review, develop and execute procurement procedures; ensure practices are complied with guidelines and procedures
• Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate inventory and cost records

About you

• Full working rights in Malaysia
• Proficient in Chinese, English, and Melayu
• Minimum 3years of experience in procurement, preferably in F&B, retail, or supply chain
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills
• Familiar with cross-border procurement (China ↔ Malaysia) is a strong advantage
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle urgency
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving mindset
