Senior Procurement Executive (Indirect Sourcing)

**The Opportunity:**Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the education sector, and we are looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to manage indirect procurement across corporate services, technology and general supplies.

Reporting to the functional head, you will independently lead sourcing exercises while partnering senior stakeholders on supplier evaluation, commercial recommendations and budget management.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours (fully on-site)
• Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

The Job:

• Manage end-to-end competitive sourcing activities across a broad portfolio of indirect expenditure.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs and tenders, including bid analysis, negotiations, commercial recommendations and supplier awards.
• Advise and engage senior stakeholders on sourcing strategies, procurement requirements and supplier-selection decisions.
• Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking and commercial assessments to support value-for-money decisions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams on contractual, financial and procurement-governance matters.
• Monitor expenditure, supplier performance and contract outcomes to identify cost-control and improvement opportunities.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage competitive sourcing exercises from requirements through contract award.
• Experience managing multiple indirect-spend categories within a corporate, institutional or service-based environment.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in procurement systems, spend analysis and Microsoft Office, with the ability to work independently.
