Candidate must be from Offset Printing Industry who is having good experience in Paper, CAPA, Offset Consumables Purchase..

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various categories of materials or services.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring their performance meets expectations.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Track orders and manage deliveries, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid stock outs or excess inventory.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare reports on purchasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and other relevant parties.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
