Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to manage strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost negotiation, material planning, and procurement operations for our crusher manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage procurement based on production requirements.
• Source steel, castings, bearings, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, electrical components and fabrication services.
• Develop, evaluate and manage suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery and contracts.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, comparative statements and Purchase Orders.
• Ensure timely material availability and minimize stockouts.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts and Logistics.
• Monitor vendor quality, delivery performance and rejection rates.
• Manage procurement activities through ERP/MRP systems.
• Identify cost-saving and alternate sourcing opportunities.
• Prepare monthly procurement and vendor performance reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
