Senior Procurement Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Procurement, to lead procurement for commercial interior and workplace projects. The role will own sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, cost optimisation and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning and sourcing across multiple C&I projects.
• Develop and manage a strong vendor and supplier network.
• Drive cost savings through negotiation, benchmarking and value engineering.
• Manage procurement of interior, fit-out, furniture, MEP and project-related packages.
• Ensure timely procurement of critical and long-lead materials.
• Monitor vendor performance across cost, quality and delivery .
• Track procurement spend against project budgets.
• Manage commercial negotiations, POs and vendor contracts.
• Identify procurement risks and ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with Design, Projects, QS/Commercial and Finance teams.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team.

What We’re Looking For

• 12–18 years of procurement experience, preferably in Commercial Interiors, Design & Build, Workplace or Construction .
• Strong experience in vendor management, sourcing and commercial negotiations.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, furniture and MEP procurement.
• Strong cost optimisation and market benchmarking skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and procurement teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
