Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing & Price Negotiation: Source pharmaceutical products from verified manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers at the best competitive prices nationwide without compromising quality.
• Inventory Management & Stock Continuity: Monitor stock levels proactively to ensure zero stock-outs, with a primary focus on fast-moving and high-demand medicines.
• Quality Assurance & Expir****y Control: Rigorously evaluate product dates of manufacture and expiration during sourcing to ensure optimal shelf life and eliminate waste or expired inventory.
• Timely Delivery & Logistics: Coordinate and streamline logistics to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of orders from suppliers to company distribution points or facilities.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, compliant, and transparent relationships with trusted pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors across the country.
• Market & Regulatory Monitoring: Track market trends, price fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory guidelines to ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSC degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
