Senior Procurement Specialist (CAPEX)

Job Summary

The appointee is responsible:

• To procure goods and services required by the school in accordance with the Procurement Policies and Procedures.
• To provide seamless support for end-users through collaboration with cross functional teams.

The role reports to the Procurement Manager and is on a 5-day work week with annual leave entitlement.

Requirements

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Procurement and Supply, or a related field
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, with strong exposure to CAPEX and Indirect Spend Categories such as Facilities Management, Security Services, Utilities, and Engineering Services.
• Proficient in E-Procurement platforms and spend analysis tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Comply with the school child safeguarding policy and procedures and report any concerns about a child to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
