Senior Procurement Specialist (Commercial)

Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Senior Specialist to join our support group. This role ensures purchase and sourcing needs are efficiently executed while adapting to a dynamic and fast-changing environment. The Senior Specialist will actively support procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract execution while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Function and Responsibilities

• Review and support purchase requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Assist in developing procurement strategies and recommend the most suitable procurement methods to achieve compliant and efficient outcomes.
• Support contract processes and execution, including documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment and coordination meetings with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Support vendor management, including monitoring performance, suggesting improvements, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
• Assist in vendor accreditation and onboarding processes to ensure supplier compliance

Job Skills & Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Brand Management, Events, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: 3–5 years in procurement, preferably in telecommunications industry, sourcing retail sales, marketing materials, branding, activations, or customer experience-related category.
• Intermediate negotiation and analytical skills
• Basic Procurement strategic and planning
• Familiarity with procurement platforms, automated sourcing processes, and MS Office
