Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Builder to own and lead how Vouch researches, builds, launches, and improves one of our product lines. You'll be in charge of building full-stack features end-to-end, from architecture through deployment. You'll be expected to use AI development tools fluently as part of your normal workflow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own product initiatives end-to-end, from customer research and problem definition through architecture, development, deployment, measurement, and iteration.
2. Speak directly with customers and potential customers to understand workflows, identify underlying problems, and decide what should be built and why.
3. Prototype and validate ideas quickly, then turn successful concepts into reliable, scalable production software.
4. Build hands-on across the frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure, while guiding key technical and architectural decisions.
5. Use product data, customer feedback, and business priorities to measure impact and continuously improve what we build.
6. Hire, manage, and develop a small team of Full-Stack Builders, giving them ownership of customer problems and measurable outcomes.
7. Maintain strong standards for architecture, testing, security, reliability, observability, and production monitoring.
8. Use modern AI development tools to improve development speed, quality, and the team’s ability to work effectively.
9. Work closely with management and other teams to align product decisions with customer and commercial goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in production.
2. Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or close equivalents).
3. Previous experience leading or managing a small software engineering team.
4. Demonstrated experience taking a product or significant product area from an initial customer or business problem through development and production release.
5. Comfortable conducting customer interviews, observing operational workflows, and turning research into product decisions.
6. Strong product and design judgement, with the ability to make practical decisions without complete information.
7. Strong instincts around software architecture, testing, security, scalability, production reliability, and monitoring.
8. Fluent and current with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
9. Comfortable moving between customer conversations, product decisions, hands-on coding, architecture, code reviews, hiring, and coaching.
10. Strong written and spoken English.
11. Based in Thailand and able to work effectively with a distributed Southeast Asian team.

You’ll Stand Out If You

1. Proven experience building a startup, owning a B2B software product, or working as a senior engineer in a startup environment.
2. Speak Thai and can independently conduct customer research with Thai customers.
3. Have successfully recruited, managed, and developed high-performing product engineers.
4. Have built or operated AI agents or AI-native workflows in production.
5. Have successfully replaced slow, specification-heavy product processes with direct customer research, rapid prototyping, and continuous delivery.
6. Can demonstrate a product that you personally researched, helped build, launched, measured, and improved.
