What the job involves

• We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Accounting Integrations team and help imagine what that future looks like. This is an opportunity to redefine how businesses experience accounting
• Lead the design vision for Mercury's Accounting Integrations experience, from early product strategy through polished execution
• Reimagine how customers prepare and complete accounting work in Mercury through thoughtful automation and new interaction models, shaping how customers interact with one of our most strategically important product areas
• Translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive product experiences that make financial operations feel simple
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to shape the future of accounting at Mercury through rapid exploration, experimentation, and thoughtful product strategy
• Define shared interaction patterns and visual language across Mercury's accounting ecosystem
• Raise the quality bar for accounting experiences across Mercury through exceptional craft and design leadership
