Senior Product Designer – Freelance – Social App B2C – Full Remote

The context

Our client is an international social media scale-up with 40M+ monthly active users and a team of 100+. In a high-growth environment, their product team, small, autonomous, and highly skilled, is looking for a Senior Product Designer who can operate at the intersection of design, data, and engineering to scale a consumer product used by millions worldwide.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify key problems and growth opportunities

• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate business impact

• Contribute to prioritizing product initiatives

• Design end-to-end flows and prototypes, from wireframes to final design, with extreme attention to detail

• Define key success metrics and take full ownership of results

• Implement, test, and iterate in close collaboration with engineering teams

• Contribute to evolving and maintaining the Design System

Tools & stack

• Design & prototyping : Figma (advanced proficiency required), high-fidelity interactive prototyping

• Design System : governance, components, documentation

• Research : user testing, interviews, data analysis

• Collaboration : Agile environment, direct collaboration with engineering and data science

Profile

• Genuine passion for consumer social apps and a deep understanding of B2C user behaviors, you're obsessed with understanding what makes people tick

• Ability to hack together a quick prototype AND build a scalable Design System, both, not one or the other

• Results-driven mindset : you think business impact as much as user experience

• You understand the technical implications of your design decisions, you speak the same language as engineers

• Comfortable with data and experimentation (A/B testing, metrics, rapid iteration)

• Highly autonomous and proactive, in this team, no one will hand you a finished brief

• Fluent in English required (fully international environment)
