Senior Product Designer Salesforce

Context

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on a complex Customer Engagement ecosystem built on Salesforce.

The role focuses on improving internal tools and business processes used by operational teams, with strong challenges around:

• User experience optimization

• Business process clarity

• Adoption and efficiency at scale

This is a B2B / internal product environment, closely connected to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

1. User Understanding & Discovery

• Understand user needs and translate business requirements into design opportunities

• Conduct user interviews, workshops, and usability testing

• Create personas, user journeys, process maps, and user flows 

• Maintain a clear understanding of business processes and dependencies

2. Product Design (UX/UI)

• Design end-to-end experiences (wireframes, flows, prototypes)

• Deliver detailed functional specifications aligned with Salesforce constraints

• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure high-quality visual outputs

• Ensure long-term consistency of UI components and design patterns 

3. Salesforce-Centric Product Design

• Design solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)

• Understand Salesforce data models, workflows, and limitations

• Translate complex business processes into efficient Salesforce user experiences

• Suggest improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities and new features 

4. Product Delivery & Collaboration

• Contribute to backlog definition (user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and developers

• Facilitate workshops to translate business needs into features

• Support development teams during implementation

• Contribute to QA (test design, validation, bug tracking) 

5. Documentation & Adoption

• Create and maintain product documentation (user guides, functional specs, assets)

• Support UAT, training, and product rollout

• Ensure user adoption and continuous improvement

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to MVP definition with Product, Research, and Tech teams

• Participate in iterative product cycles (Build / Measure / Learn) 

• Capture user feedback and continuously improve the product

• Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation

🧠 Profile

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design

• Strong experience designing complex B2B or internal tools

• Proven experience working on Salesforce-based products (very important)

• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprint…) 

Skills

• Strong UX skills (research, flows, service design, information architecture) 

• Ability to simplify complex systems and workflows

• Prototyping and interaction design expertise

• Understanding of technical ecosystems and constraints

• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Admin / Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud is a plus)
