Company description:

Our story began more than 50 years ago, when one doctor and two engineers designed a better way to care. Today, we are a thriving global business, and our products, used in acute and chronic respiratory care, surgery and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, make a difference to millions of patients every year.

Job description:

Care to make a difference.

Join a team of good people doing good work with intent. People like you, who care to make a difference.

About the opportunity

Join us in working on the next generation of Non-invasive Ventilation (NIV) products intended to improve patient care and outcomes in the hospital. This project provides plenty of opportunities to tackle design challenges and to gain experience in the field with our customers while bringing concepts to life.

To achieve our goals, we need to add to our talented team. As part of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, you'll be exposed to all aspects of the product-development cycle - from concept to market release, including manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and sales.

Your ideas and ability to solve problems through research, practical modelling and testing will help to ensure our products are world leading. A great communicator, you are the type of person who is confident getting over hurdles to make things work, sharing ideas and taking part in decision making.

What You'll Bring

  • Technical Foundations: You have a mechanical or mechatronics engineering degree and at least 5 years of product development engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering successful, complex technical projects.
  • Problem Solving: An ability to solve complex engineering problems at pace through research, prototyping and testing to create novel design solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical workstreams, guiding project direction, influencing key engineering decisions, and mentoring less experienced engineers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will believe in and demonstrate a strong willingness to collaborate across different teams and different functions to drive your projects forward.
