Senior Product Engineer Transceivers

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Engineer Transceivers to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $168,000 – $310,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Analyze networking failures and cross-correlate multi-test data
• Design and conduct engineering experiments for issue resolution
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines
• Innovate solutions to enhance product quality and performance
• Deliver timely and accurate reports on findings
• Provide feedback leveraging Test House data for process optimization

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering/Chemistry Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of experience in data-driven debugging
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Solid background in statistics and data analysis (JMP & Python)
• Proven AI capabilities for efficient results
• Ability to work under stress and multitask
• Willingness to collaborate during early hours with business partners
