The role

Senior product engineering at the strongest London startups and scale-ups. Up to £150k plus equity. TypeScript, Node, React, with adjacent Python, Go, or Ruby depending on the company. These are roles where you ship to production weekly, own meaningful product surface area, and work close enough to the founders that your judgement on what to build matters.

The work

• Build and ship product features end-to-end across frontend and backend
• Own meaningful surface area, often as one of the first ten engineers
• Make pragmatic architecture decisions in fast-moving codebases
• Push back on the brief when the brief is wrong

What you bring

• Strong production TypeScript across frontend and backend
• Track record shipping at startups or product-led companies
• Real product instincts and a bias to ship
