Senior Product Manager, Agent Enablement

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager Agent Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $173,000 – $255,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand customer and agent needs
• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and increase productivity
• Identify opportunities for AI automation to enhance agent performance
• Create and manage a strategic product roadmap from concept to launch
• Translate market insights into actionable product strategies
• Define success metrics and use data to drive improvements
• Design scalable systems that meet growing business demands

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong understanding of customer and agent needs
• Experience with AI and automation in customer support
• Proven ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical mindset and decision-making skills
