I am partnering with a growing healthcare SaaS company that helps state and federal health and human services agencies use data, analytics, and workflow technology to improve program integrity, strengthen oversight, and deliver better outcomes. Their platform helps customers turn large, complex healthcare datasets into actionable insights that drive real-world decision making.

Rather than simply managing a backlog, you'll help define how healthcare data is transformed into meaningful insights, workflows, and actions that customers rely on every day.

The Role

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll own analytics-focused products and features from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.

You'll work closely with customers, Product, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, UX, and Customer Success teams to understand analytical problems, define solutions, and deliver intuitive products that help users make better decisions.

What You'll Do

• Own analytics and insight-driven products from concept through launch
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, problems, and reporting needs
• Partner with Data and Engineering teams to understand data structures, transformations, and outputs
• Define dashboards, analytics capabilities, decision-support tools, and workflow experiences
• Translate complex healthcare and analytical concepts into product requirements
• Own prioritization, roadmap planning, requirements, and release execution
• Define product success metrics and measure customer impact
• Help shape AI and predictive analytics capabilities across the platform

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience
• Experience building analytics, reporting, BI, decision-support, or data products
• Strong healthcare data experience (claims, clinical, provider, utilization, payer, etc.)
• Comfortable working directly with data and analytics teams
• Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into customer-focused solutions

Nice to Have

• Healthcare analytics or HealthTech experience
• AI/ML-enabled products
• Predictive analytics and decision-support systems
• BI, reporting, or data visualization platforms
• Public sector, Medicaid, or government healthcare experience
