Senior Product Manager - AV Data Tools

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager - AV Data Tools to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will own the strategy and roadmap for internal web-based tools that support advanced vehicle data workflows. You will partner closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex user needs into product requirements, improve productivity, and ensure the tools are fast, intuitive, and scalable.

A strong focus of the position will be identifying workflow bottlenecks, defining success metrics, and using data-driven insights to guide product decisions in a fast-changing technical environment.

You will also communicate updates and priorities clearly across the organization to help keep AV program needs aligned with delivery and execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,600 – $192,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Own product requirements and roadmap for internal web-based tools
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand multi-modal sensor data workflows
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and usability gaps to improve productivity
• Evolve tools to be fast, intuitive, and scalable for program needs
• Define and track key product metrics for performance evaluation
• Communicate product decisions and updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related fields
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to define and prioritize features
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and product recommendations
• Ability to quickly learn technical domains and communicate effectively
• Experience in gathering user feedback and defining success metrics
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
