• Architect a Zero-Friction Onboarding Engine Own and redefine the end-to-end digital onboarding funnel for complex, high-value client segments (Resident Individuals, Joint Holders, NRIs, AIFs, and Corporate Entities). Transform a traditionally paperwork-heavy process into a world-class, seamless digital experience.
• Turn Compliance into a Competitive Advantage Master the landscape of KYC, AML, and wealth regulations. Partner deeply with Compliance and Legal teams to challenge legacy assumptions. Your goal is to unlock innovative product solutions that push the envelope on user experience while maintaining 100% auditability and regulatory adherence.
• Revolutionize High-Value Asset Migration Drive the product roadmap for asset migration a highly complex, critical touchpoint for a massive percentage of our clients. Build deep integrations with custodians, depositories, and third-party vendors to eliminate manual friction and drastically reduce transfer Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Scale High-Ticket Payment Funding Infrastructure Own the platform capabilities for client funding across UPI, NEFT, RTGS, e-mandates, and complex asset transfers. Work alongside banks, payment gateways, and our internal Treasury to design fail-safe guardrails for exceptionally high-value transactions, optimizing success rates and settlement speeds.
• Build a Future-Proof Activation Platform Abstract away complexities to design unified, modular platform capabilities that scale across all current and future client segments and asset classes. Move the organization away from product-specific workflows toward a single, cohesive activation ecosystem.
• Empower Business Operations at Scale Act as the strategic counterpart to Business, Ops, and Relationship Management (RM) teams. Build robust internal tooling that allows Ops and RMs to handle 10x volumes with zero errors, defining and tracking the productivity metrics that prove your impact.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 6-8 years of top-tier product management experience, with a proven track record of managing teams, owning and scaling complex product charters from 0 to 1, and 1 to 100.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience in FinTech, WealthTech, payments, complex onboarding, or operations-heavy platform products is highly preferred.
• System Thinker: You can zoom out to design scalable, multi-tenant platform architectures, and zoom in to obsess over the micro-interactions of a user flow.
• Analytical Rigor: You are deeply data-driven. You know how to size opportunities, ruthlessly prioritize, and measure the actual business impact of what you ship.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: You possess the executive presence and empathy required to align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations around a shared vision. You know how to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
