Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the team responsible for our forms and documentation experience—the foundation of how users prepare, complete, and manage critical documents within their workflows.

In this role, you will own both the user-facing application that customers rely on daily and the internal tooling used to build and maintain our extensive libraries of standard templates and compliance documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, enterprise, and support, to define and execute strategies that improve the user experience, ensure library accuracy and coverage, and strengthen a core part of our competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our forms products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and business opportunities across forms creation, delivery, completion, and library management.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and launch features that improve, edit, and manage forms within a transaction.
• Own and evolve the internal forms design and library-management tooling used to author, configure, and update form sets at scale.
• Leverage data analytics, user research, and support signal to make informed product decisions and continuously improve both the end-user and internal-user experience.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in forms.
• Act as the voice of the customer- who complete forms and the internal teams who build and maintain them, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience.

Qualifications:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in product management, document/forms management, or workflow-based SaaS.
• Experience working in SaaS; familiarity with internal enterprise tooling or content/library management systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pendo, Gainsight) and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering teams; exposure to e-signature, compliance, or forms automation is an asset.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of document- or workflow-based software, with experience across both customer-facing applications and internal or operational tooling.
• Proven ability to manage products with complex configuration, data, or content/library models, and to drive improvement through data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pendo, Gainsight) and A/B testing methodologies.
