Responsibilities

• Own the product planning, development, and iteration of deposit, withdrawal, and core funds infrastructure for a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Build end-to-end user and business flows covering deposit initiation, on-chain confirmation, fund crediting, withdrawal risk control, on-chain payout, exception handling, and user notifications.
• Lead requirement planning, solution design, launch delivery, and continuous optimization for core features such as deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, address books, arrival progress tracking, asset recovery, and operational configurations.
• Design multi-chain and multi-asset deposit and withdrawal rules, including network selection, deposit addresses, Tag/Memo, confirmation requirements, minimum deposit amounts, fees, Gas, withdrawal limits, address whitelists, retry logic, and compensation mechanisms.
• Partner closely with wallet, blockchain engineering, risk control, compliance, R&D, operations, customer support, and finance teams to establish security controls, risk checks, manual review processes, exception handling, and audit trails across the deposit and withdrawal lifecycle.
• Use data analysis and user feedback to improve deposit and withdrawal success rates, arrival speed, funnel conversion, automation rate, user satisfaction, and operating efficiency.
• Build state machines, monitoring and alerting systems, operational SOPs, and user communication mechanisms for deposit and withdrawal scenarios.
• Cover complex scenarios such as network congestion, chain upgrades, pending transactions, missing deposits, failed withdrawals, wrong-network deposits, and missing Memo/Tag cases.
• Drive platform-based and configurable capabilities for asset and network integration, fee strategies, risk policies, and operational rules to support scalable business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset wallets, or trading infrastructure.
• Must have experience at a leading cryptocurrency exchange and direct ownership or deep involvement in core businesses such as deposits, withdrawals, wallet funding, or fund flows.
• Strong understanding of deposit and withdrawal products at top-tier crypto exchanges, including key business flows and core functionality.
• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of deposit and withdrawal products, from user insight and product design to development, launch, data monitoring, exception handling, review, and iteration.
• Familiarity with deposit and withdrawal differences across major public chains and assets.
• Solid understanding of core blockchain concepts and their product implications, including confirmation counts, block reorganizations, address formats, Tag/Memo, Gas, fees, on-chain transaction status, UTXO models, and account-based models.
• Hands-on experience with multi-asset, multi-network, high-concurrency, or large-scale fund scenarios.
• Ability to handle complex exceptions such as missing deposits, failed withdrawals, wrong-network deposits, missing Memo/Tag, network congestion, and risk-control hits.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools to support competitor research, requirement analysis, PRD writing, prototype ideation, data analysis, user research, and productivity improvement.
• Strong awareness of the appropriate boundaries for using AI tools in financial scenarios, with basic knowledge of information security, data privacy, and compliance.
• Ability to evaluate, verify, and refine AI-generated outputs before applying them to work.
• Good English skills are preferred, especially the ability to communicate in meetings, write emails, and prepare requirement documents or competitor research materials in English.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, execution, and risk awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively with wallet, security, engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and customer support teams.
• Experience with funds, wallet, account, or asset platform products at a leading or similarly scaled exchange is preferred.
• Experience building deposit and withdrawal platforms, wallet platforms, asset listing infrastructure, or leading complex projects such as major chain upgrades, asset migrations, hot wallet incidents, or network congestion response is preferred.
• Familiarity with node services, on-chain monitoring, wallet custody, MPC, multi-signature, hot and cold wallets, and transaction broadcasting is preferred.
• Experience with global, multi-region compliant funds products, fee strategies, or funds operation efficiency optimization is preferred.
