Senior Product Manager

A Digital Health Platform Provider is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own key journeys, driving discovery, delivery and continuous improvement across our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product discovery, user research and problem definition.
• Own feature roadmaps; prioritise by customer value and business impact.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery with clear PRDs/BRDs and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement and quality.
• Embed privacy and compliance into product requirements.
• Support launches and stakeholder engagement across regions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years’ B2B2C product ownership in SaaS or digital health.
• Proven success delivering complex products in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• PMP/PRINCE2/PMI‑ACP/SAFe certification preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML personalization and emerging AI ethics.
• Background in behavioural economics, loyalty/rewards.
