Senior Product Manager - CRM Automation & AI

Context

A leading digital company in the customer and omnicommerce domain is seeking a Senior Product Manager. The role reports to the Group Product Manager, CRM Platform, and is based in Paris or Lille, with occasional travel to Lille, Paris, and Amsterdam.

Missions

• Identify business problems and opportunities, define the product vision, and collaborate with tech teams to build solutions.
• Independently manage releases, handle dependencies, and drive real value.
• In 2026, lead initiatives at the intersection of CRM automation and AI-powered decisioning, including defining use cases for a Next Best Action engine to personalize customer engagement across the company’s ecosystem.
• Manage a product portfolio including:
  • Event triggered journeys: abandoned cart/browse, back-in-stock, and order notifications (returns, refunds).
  • Contextual targeting: weather-based campaigns.
  • Incentives in CRM: loyalty points and personalized vouchers.
  • Next Best Action foundation (starting 2026): AI-powered decisioning layer prioritizing and personalizing customer engagement across channels, in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
• Develop a 1-to-3-year product strategy connecting global goals to execution.
• Own business results by tracking sales, GMV, and focusing on profitability (ROI/incremental value).
• Monitor service levels, user adoption, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business teams to test ideas and solve user needs.
• Partner with engineering and data science to design simple, scalable prototypes.
• Discuss technical choices, trade-offs, and implications.
• Champion iterative releases and agile delivery.
• Share progress openly and regularly.
• Ensure products comply with privacy and security rules.
• Provide high-quality self-service documentation (demos, tutorials, executive presentations).
• Manage vendor relationships and costs:
  • Foster collaborative and trusted strategic partnerships with third-party companies.
  • Manage vendor budgets and internal reinvoicing.
  • Ensure external partners deliver quality, compliant, and cost-effective tools.

1. 7-10+ years of PM experience in Martech, Adtech, or global E-commerce
2. Proven success managing complex, cross-functional agile projects
3. Technical fluency in APIs, Kafka, Webhooks, AWS/GCP/Databricks, and Clickstream data
4. Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts relevant to CRM, such as scoring models, MLops, agentic AI
5. Test, learn, deliver mindset
