About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and delivery of our Web3/blockchain platform. You will translate business goals, user needs, and technical possibilities into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.

This role is ideal for someone who understands product development, enjoys working with technical teams, and has strong interest or experience in blockchain, crypto, DeFi, tokenization, or Web3 ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and execution for a Web3/blockchain product from concept to launch.

• Define product vision, roadmap, user flows, feature requirements, and success metrics.

• Work closely with blockchain engineers, frontend/backend developers, designers, and business stakeholders.

• Translate complex blockchain concepts into clear product requirements and user-friendly experiences.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify product opportunities.

• Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, user needs, and project goals.

• Manage product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, wireframe notes, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and investor expectations.

• Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and launch preparation.

• Track product performance and continuously improve the user experience after release.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, crypto, or digital platforms.

• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, user research, and agile product development.

• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.

• Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and product documentation.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Web3 concepts such as smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, tokenization, NFTs, DAOs, or blockchain infrastructure.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance business goals with user experience.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience building or managing blockchain, DeFi, crypto, or Web3 products.

• Understanding of smart contract workflows, wallet integrations, tokenomics, or decentralized applications.

• Experience working with remote, distributed teams.

• Background in fintech, real estate technology, investment platforms, or marketplace products.

• Experience preparing product materials for investors, partners, or executive stakeholders.
