Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Lodging product team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of groundbreaking initiatives that will revolutionize how consumers book experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a knack for creating and executing a product vision, all while possessing a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, for defined product features or experiences.
• Develop product roadmap, requirements, and user stories that translate technical needs into clear functional capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business partners to ensure alignment across teams.
• Take responsibility for execution for small to medium product areas, including solution definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration.
• Contribute to the design, enhancement, and integration of software features or third-party solutions and/or multiple systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to address challenges related to new technologies, testing approaches, and technical architecture.
• Apply knowledge of innovative digital technologies to improve product outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and share relevant insights with the team.
• Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Experience analyzing various metrics to identify trends and key insights, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions. You should have experience using data, experimentation, or user insights to shape product decisions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA. Experience with data and analytics tools such as Tableau, Digital Analytics, or SQL is required. Advanced knowledge and ability to use collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence is also necessary. Strong technical knowledge with experience leading initiatives that span several teams and functional areas is expected.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the hospitality industry and hotel technologies.
• Understanding of SAFe methodology.

Work Environment

This is an 18-month assignment with a requirement of 4 days in the office, subject to change.
