Senior Product Security Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will help shape and execute product security efforts across AI/ML systems and broader software platforms. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering teams to embed security into the development lifecycle, strengthen secure architecture, and improve resilience against emerging threats. You will also contribute to customer-facing assurance materials and help establish practical standards that support secure innovation at scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $182,000 – $228,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect and enforce security controls for AI/ML systems
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific attack vectors, including prompt injection and model theft
• Implement controls for model provenance and auditability
• Embed security throughout the software development lifecycle
• Define and maintain secure development standards and practices
• Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews
• Produce customer-facing security assurance documents

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in product, application, or cloud security engineering
• Deep understanding of secure SDLC, threat modeling, and secure architecture design
• Ability to read and review code for threat models and design assessments
• Experience securing AI/ML pipelines and related infrastructure
• Proven expertise with multi-cloud security best practices
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD environments
• Understanding of modern authentication and authorization patterns
