About the Role

The role involves daily production monitoring, solving problems arising from the production process, checking production reports, preparing and revising work instruction manuals, developing employees to be more effective, performing other duties assigned by the supervisor, and acting as a substitute when the supervisor is unavailable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily production monitoring

• Check water usage, electricity usage, and raw materials used in production
• Check daily production output

Solving problems arising from the production process

• Identify the causes of problems
• Find solutions to the problems that occur
• Find approaches and preventive measures so that the same problems do not recur
• Coordinate with other related departments to solve problems together

Checking production reports

• Verify the accuracy of production reports
• Prepare monthly production reports
• Coordinate within the department and with other departments to make reports accurate and complete

Prepare and revise work instruction manuals so they always match the current work system

• Develop employees to be more effective
• Increase employees' knowledge, skills, and work processes to improve efficiency
• Develop employees in quality, safety, and environment
• Coach and advise new employees or those who do not yet understand the work

Other duties assigned by supervisor

• Internal auditor team
• Various coordination tasks

Other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Act as a substitute when the supervisor is unavailable

QUALIFICATIONS

Age: 20-35 years

Gender: Any

Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Engineering

Personal qualities: Hardworking, patient, honest, and able to work as part of a team

Experience: At least 3 years
