Senior Professional Service Engineer

👉Role Overview

We are looking for a professional to support both IT solution proposals and project management. This role involves understanding customer business and technical requirements, developing suitable solutions, preparing technical proposals and cost estimates, and managing projects from kick-off through completion and handover.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, Sales, internal technical teams, and vendors to ensure solutions and projects meet customer requirements.

👉Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
2. Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, Bill of Materials (BoM), Scope of Work (SoW), and cost calculations based on customer requirements.
3. Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and solution explanations.
4. Work closely with Sales, vendors, principals, and internal technical teams to develop appropriate technical and solution proposals.
5. Plan, manage, and monitor projects from kick-off through project closing and handover, including planning, coordination, progress monitoring, and risk management.
6. Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables meet agreed scope, timelines, and requirements.
7. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and required follow-up actions.
8. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, progress reports, and project closing reports.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.

Technical Skills

1. Experience in preparing technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), Scope of Work (SoW), and cost calculations.
2. Understanding of cloud, server, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
3. Ability to translate customer requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
4. Skills in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and risk and issue management.
5. Ability to conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and solution explanations.

Soft Skills

1. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, management, Sales, and engineers.
2. Ability to understand customer needs and maintain professional relationships.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy in proposals, costing, scope, and project documentation.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
5. Ability to work effectively with Sales, engineers, vendors, and customers.

Languages

• English: Good written and spoken communication skills (required), particularly for technical documentation and customer communication
• Bahasa Indonesia: Native or fluent (required)
