Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Professional Services Manager - Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise software implementations and oversee cross-functional project teams. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software solutions, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and VersionOne to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, IT infrastructure, database administrators, and client stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban for iterative development cycles, while also managing projects using Waterfall or hybrid approaches based on client needs.
• Gather detailed requirements from clients through structured analysis and translate them into actionable project tasks and test cases.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that solutions meet specified criteria and facilitate smooth deployment.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early, developing mitigation strategies, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support release management activities, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance compliance to ensure robust solution deployment.
• Lead program management efforts for multiple projects, providing mentorship to junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement.

Skills

• Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS; strong understanding of IT infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including PMBOK, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and SAFe frameworks.
• Expertise in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software implementation processes involving databases (SQL, Oracle), software development practices (test-driven development), and requirements gathering.
• Strong leadership skills with proven supervisory experience in technical project & program management roles.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and reporting on project status.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, develop contingency plans, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with IT governance standards including disaster recovery planning and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects involving user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and software deployment across diverse environments.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
