Senior Professional Services Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Professional Services Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide complex customer deployments from kickoff through closure, ensuring projects stay on track, deliver measurable outcomes, and support successful adoption of security and networking solutions. You will coordinate across internal specialists and customer stakeholders to remove roadblocks, align priorities, and keep multiple engagements moving forward. The position calls for a strong blend of project discipline, technical fluency, and executive-level communication to drive smooth implementation and operational enablement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,500 – $205,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer deployments from kickoff to closure
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements involving Zero Trust deployments and security tool migrations
• Define and track deployment success criteria, metrics, and timelines
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters and status reports
• Collaborate with internal specialists and customer stakeholders to identify roadblocks and drive operational enablement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in professional services or enterprise SaaS environments
• Active or in-progress PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Practical understanding of networking and security concepts such as firewalls and VPNs
• Exceptional communication skills for executive briefings and technical workshops
• Demonstrated curiosity in AI tools and integrating new technologies into workflows
