Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Coordinator who can manage senior-level coordination, BOD meetings, task delegation, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage BOD and senior management meetings.
• Coordinate effectively with senior-level stakeholders, management, and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up action points.
• Track and ensure timely closure of tasks and action items.
• Handle task delegation and follow-ups across teams.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, MIS, dashboards, and business data.
• Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Support management in tracking key projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling senior management information and discussions.

Key Requirements :

• 10+ years of relevant experience in program coordination, management coordination, PMO, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience in senior-level coordination and meeting management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with senior management and handle multiple priorities independently.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
