Senior Program Coordinator - Research

Role: The Cardiology Research Sr. Program Coordinator leads cardiovascular research initiatives, managing clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and research programs.

Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison among investigators, regulatory teams, sponsors, and leadership to ensure high-quality, compliant research. Oversee study portfolios, including federal, industry, and internal awards; manage project timelines and budgets; coordinate regulatory submissions; monitor performance metrics; and identify growth opportunities. Support innovative research to improve patient outcomes and expand clinical trial access through effective project management and stakeholder engagement. Supervise staff and travel as needed to other campuses.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in management, healthcare, or science with at least 2 years of research experience; Master’s preferred. Alternative qualifications include an Associate’s with 5 years or a high school diploma with 7 years of clinical research experience. Knowledge of clinical research, data management, and systems required. Leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills essential, with the ability to handle multiple projects independently. SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred.

Additional Details: Exempt position, full-time, primarily M-F, with after-hours and weekend work as needed. Compensation ranges from $73,736 to $110,552 annually.
