Senior Program Manager (069-26)

We are seeking a Program Manager (Senior) with immediate availability that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment.

• This position is located in MCAS Iwakuni, Japan .

Salary:

• A salary range of $168,078 - $217,380 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational tempo, track financial execution of local projects, and draft strategic operational reports to support leadership decision-making and ensure alignment with program budgets.
• Conduct physical site surveys of active construction/renovation projects to monitor schedule progress, and draft execution-to-plan reports comparing actual progress against design award timelines and budget milestones to identify schedule variances to be addressed by the Government and prevent project delays.
• Develop execution dashboards with instructions, track BOS Key Performance Indicators and provide technical data analysis for real property portfolios to support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness compliance.
• Track all Base Operating Support services, analyze work order execution metrics, and identify trends in facility maintenance needs to optimize resource allocation and improve preventative maintenance planning.
• Conduct site visits to provide technical assistance to the Government to assess construction and repair progress and draft compliance reports for Government review and action to ensure strict adherence to engineering and safety standards.
• Provide Engineering Planning Technical Support and conduct physical Facilities Condition Assessments annually.

Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of business-related or technical degree & 10+ years of experience as Manager/Director or related role
• OR Master of science or arts degree & 5+ years of experience as Manager/Director or related role

• MCICOM/Regions/Installations
• Marine Corps Installations functional areas
• Federal Government Contracting process
• Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
