We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join a challenging and large-scale project within a leading organization.

In this role, you will lead and manage a complex, large-scale technology program in the financial sector, overseeing end-to-end delivery across development, operations, maintenance, and support. You will be responsible for matrix management of cross-functional technology teams, coordination with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring operational continuity, service quality, and achievement of project objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing projects involving the development of complex, large-scale information systems with multiple business and technical processes - Mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience managing and leading software development teams.
• At least 5 years of professional experience leading technology projects within the financial sector - Mandatory.
• Experience leading technology projects in the insurance industry - Advantage.
• Experience working with pension products and pension-related systems - Advantage.
• Strong strategic and system-wide perspective, excellent leadership and management skills, and a deep understanding of complex business and technology processes.
