Expected Competencies

- Ownership: Takes accountability for supply targets and programme outcomes, proactively identifying gaps and driving action through to measurable results.
- Collaboration: Aligns Product, Analytics, commercial teams and local operations on shared priorities, responsibilities and trade-offs.
- Communication: Turns complex analysis into clear recommendations, business cases and practical guidance for technical and operational audiences.
- Project Management & Planning: Builds structured plans, manages dependencies and delivers experiments and rollouts across multiple markets.
- Strategy: Translates category and segment ambitions into focused supply initiatives, prioritising opportunities by impact, feasibility and investment required.
- Impact & Results Orientation: Uses root-cause analysis and experimentation to improve eligible supply, fulfilment and service quality while managing costs and marketplace trade-offs.
Main requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in programme or category management, category operations, supply growth or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, supply acquisition and driver or partner engagement.
