Senior Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage complex aviation programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including airlines, logistics providers, and transportation partners to ensure seamless program execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and resolve issues effectively.
• Analyze project performance data to optimize program outcomes and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 18-20 years of experience in program management or a related field (e.g., agile methodologies).
• Strong understanding of the aviation industry, including airline operations and logistics processes.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
