What the job involves
- The Electrode Engineering teams within the Core Technology group at Form Energy are multidisciplinary and focused on delivering qualified battery anode and cathode designs that meet operational performance targets, at cost and with high reliability, from controlled processes on high-volume manufacturing lines for Form Energy's utility-scale multi-day energy storage system

- This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!
- Drive electrode programs from the prototyping phase into mass production, while managing and communicating schedules across multiple teams to ensure efficient alignment, coordination, and execution

- Organize and provide routine updates on top technical and program risks and issues, communicating key programmatic information inward to the Electrode Engineering organization, and outward to the broader engineering organization
- Improve our program management systems and structures based on best-practices and your personal experience, to effectively integrate with and support Form Energy’s world-class technical team
