Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our international practice, leading high-impact initiatives for a Fortune 50 Global Technology Leader recognized worldwide for its consumer electronics, software platforms, and operational excellence.

In this role , you will be part of the client’s Worldwide Operations – Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) PMO, spearheading cross-functional programs that drive operational standardization, governance maturity, and workflow optimization across distributed global business units.

⚠️ Role Focus: This is an executive Program & Project Management leadership position centered on enterprise PMO governance, risk/dependency management (RAID), and operational re-engineering. It is designed for seasoned program leaders, not for Product Owner / backlog-only profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, multi-workstream programs from strategy to execution; establish standardized PMO frameworks, governance cadences, RACI matrices, and RAID logs.
• Partner with business leaders to analyze, document, and streamline end-to-end operational processes; translate business requirements into Technical Design Documents (TDD) for development teams.
• Align senior leadership, operational teams, and cross-functional partners across different geographies, driving decision-making and resolving bottlenecks.
• Build and oversee program dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to monitor program health, risk mitigation, and ROI.
• Design structured communication and change management plans to ensure sustainable adoption of new tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and enterprise PMO initiatives.
• Strong background in Program/Project Management frameworks (Hybrid, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, PMBOK).
• Proven capability to bridge business operations with technical execution (translating business requirements into structured engineering design inputs).
• Fluent English with executive presentation and communication skills (mandatory for daily global interaction).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP®, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®), or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Prior consulting experience with Big 4 / tier-1 management consultancies or large multinational technology enterprises.
