The Role: Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an open-minded, highly adaptable Senior Program Manager to lead the charge across our rapidly expanding portfolio. You will not be confined to a single silo. Instead, your work will span across our Consulting, Executive Education, and the newly established Healthcare S-Curve pillars.

You are both a conductor and a lead instrumentalist. You will foresee and manage complex resource allocations for high-caliber teams, but you are also perfectly comfortable rolling up your sleeves to manage our most critical and complex projects yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• People & Resource Leadership: Grow, groom, and mentor a high-performing team of program managers and associates. Proactively foresee resource bottlenecks and optimize talent allocation across multiple, concurrent business pillars.
• Cross-Pillar Execution: Seamlessly manage—and sometimes personally lead—complex, high-visibility projects spanning Corporate Consulting, Executive Education, and The Healthcare S-Curve.
• End-to-End Client Journey: Drive the post-sale journey of our clients, from requirement gathering, identifying the objective of the project, clear problem statements, and solution design.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure that programs are well executed with the best outcomes by providing either innovation or business suggestions to both internal teams and clients.

Who You Are

• Experienced & Agile Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, corporate innovation, or healthcare strategy. You thrive in high-speed environments and can pivot seamlessly between different industries.
• Open-Minded Mentor: You have a proven track record of inspiring and grooming high-caliber talent, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
• Resource Master: You have an exceptional ability to view the "big picture" of a project portfolio, effectively balancing team workloads, budgets, and competing deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Impact-Driven: You aren't interested in maintaining the status quo; you want to build the repeatable systems that will help us hit our regional GDP and Net Zero targets.
