Senior Program Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead high-visibility subscription and identity initiatives spanning multiple organizations within a leading e-commerce platform's music division and partner teams.

• Own strategically important programs covering customer identity, account architecture, subscription growth, billing, retention, and monetization, including compliance-driven efforts.

• Operate at the intersection of technical systems, business strategy, and executive decision-making, coordinating diverse stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

• Drive programs from strategy through launch, authoring and presenting program strategy, status, and risk narratives to executives.

• Define and manage program roadmaps, translating business goals into clear technical milestones and delivery plans.

• Establish scalable operating cadences, status tracking, and decision frameworks to ensure predictable and transparent delivery.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.

• 3+ years of software development experience.

• Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product and technical roadmaps.

• Strong experience communicating effectively with senior leadership.
