Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through successful delivery. You will oversee multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate technology and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
• Define program objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and success measures.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Establish strong governance, reporting, and communication processes to provide leadership with clear visibility of program performance.
• Coordinate Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology Teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor budgets, resource utilization, schedules, and overall program performance against agreed KPIs.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level updates, recommendations, and decision support.
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices across program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience, including responsibility for large or complex programs.
• Strong experience in program governance, budgeting, risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month
