What they need

  • The Finance PMO drives the strategic initiatives that scale Finance & Accounting at Anduril
  • We own end-to-end delivery of system implementations, process transformation, and high-priority programs that directly support the company’s growth objectives
  • Our work spans Finance & Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain — making cross-functional leadership a baseline expectation, not a stretch goal
  • We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Finance PMO Team
  • You will define program strategy, drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, and serve as the connective tissue between Finance & Accounting, technology partners, and operational stakeholders
  • You will operate with autonomy, inheriting ambiguous mandates and turning them into structured programs with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes
  • You will apply the right methodology to the right problem — running structured, predictive delivery for system implementations and compliance-driven programs while leveraging agile approaches for iterative initiatives where requirements are still taking shape
  • You’ll identify risks before they surface in a status meeting and make the judgment calls that keep programs moving without waiting for escalation
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic programs across the Finance & Accounting organization from intake through hypercare — owning program strategy, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, production deployment, change management, and post-launch stabilization. You will drive programs end-to-end using the right mix of predictive and agile methodologies to achieve mission objectives and identified outcomes
  • Design and implement the reporting and governance frameworks the PMO uses to communicate program health, risk, and outcomes to senior leadership. You will shape how this function operates, not just execute within it
  • Drive cross-functional delivery across Finance & Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain, managing competing priorities and holding program accountability across teams that don’t report to you
  • Lead adoption and change management for system implementations and process transformations, ensuring the organization doesn’t just go live — it actually changes how it works
  • Identify gaps in PMO methodology, tooling, and documentation and build scalable solutions. You will contribute to how the Finance PMO matures as a function, not just deliver within its current framework

Benefits

  • Full Family Health Coverage
  • 16 Weeks Paid Parental Leave for All Caregivers
  • Family Planning & Support
  • Incentivized Time Off
  • Mental Health Resources
  • Financial Planning
  • Unlimited Provisions
  • Professional Development- Success in this position comes from a dynamic mindset, strong analytical skills, and an operating posture that balances speed with rigor — especially in environments with evolving requirements and high mission impact
  • The right person for this role has a high sense of ownership, has built and shipped programs in complex environments, and has the pattern recognition that comes from doing this repeatedly
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs in environments where requirements evolve and stakeholders span multiple functions. You have designed program governance, reporting frameworks, and PMO processes — not just operated within existing ones
  • Deep familiarity with financial systems (ERP, EPM, BI platforms) and the organizational change that accompanies their implementation
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate program complexity into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership and manage through influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience leveraging Jira as the primary program management platform — from portfolio-level initiative tracking through task-level engineering execution — to drive visibility, transparency, and alignment across partners and stakeholders. Experience administering and configuring Confluence to support reporting and documentation at scale
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
  • 10+ years of experience in project / program management, with significant time spent in finance, accounting, and/or technology environments
