Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project teams and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and expenditures to ensure efficient utilisation.
• Monitor program performance and track progress against established objectives and targets.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
• Engage and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, partners, and relevant teams.
• Organise and facilitate program meetings, reviews, and progress discussions.
• Prepare regular program reports, updates, and performance summaries for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and according to agreed scope and quality standards.
• Monitor project milestones and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Identify delays, resource gaps, and operational challenges and escalate them where necessary.
• Ensure program activities comply with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant requirements.
• Evaluate program outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance future program delivery.
