Headcount Available: 1Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Program Manager to work closely with our development impact team and operational departments. In this role, you will coordinate with management and external stakeholders to strengthen the monitoring, tracking, and implementation of our development impact framework. You will drive analytical research, support capacity building, and promote data-driven decision-making and adaptive management across the organization.Scope of Work & Responsibilities

• Information Systems & Framework Leadership: Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of information systems designed to track and support the development impact framework. This includes planning and implementing systems for:
• Capacity Building: Deliver technical training on the impact framework to internal staff and country counterparts, focusing on methodologies, data collection systems, and evidence-based learning.
• Operations Support & Advisory: Provide advisory and technical support to project teams throughout the design, implementation, and self-evaluation phases of lending operations.
• Operational Analytics & Research: Conduct impact and nimble evaluations to optimize project quality. Synthesize evaluation findings into briefings and actionable knowledge products to improve project design.
• Evidence Portal Coordination: Plan, manage, and coordinate internal clearance requirements to establish a centralized Evidence Portal. This platform is designed to make data-informed project design accessible and efficient across all operating departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program management (experience in multilateral organizations, development frameworks, or large-scale public/private consulting is a major plus).
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advanced analytical skills.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Documentation: Must have Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma readily available on hand.
• Availability: Maximum of 30 days notice period.

Pay: Php150,000.00 per month
