Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will drive the execution of high-impact marketing programs that keep priorities aligned, timelines on track, and stakeholders informed. You will partner closely with creative, agency, and production teams to remove blockers and improve the flow of work across campaigns and initiatives. The position will also focus on building scalable operational processes that increase efficiency and bring clarity to complex marketing efforts.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of marketing initiatives, ensuring clear timelines and milestones
• Build scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce ambiguity
• Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, maintaining visibility into priorities and roadmaps
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure comprehensive briefs and remove blockers
• Coordinate with agencies and production partners to keep schedules on track

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Operations; agency experience is a plus
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs from planning to execution
• In-depth knowledge of marketing workflows and creative production processes
• Familiarity with print production, merchandising assets, and vendor management
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management
• Proactive mindset with a focus on building and executing initiatives
