Role Summary

Senior Program Manager / Program Director (eQMS Transformation)

We are seeking a high-autonomy, senior-level Senior Program Manager / Program Director to orchestrate a critical, multi-year global transformation initiative. This role is responsible for driving the sustained adoption and progressive capability expansion of our corporate electronic Quality Management System ( eQMS ) across 9 parallel, interconnected workstreams (6 focused on adoption, 3 on functional extension).

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Delivery Management

• Framework Design: Establish, implement, and maintain a robust program governance framework and structured management cadence across all 9 workstreams.
• Integrated Master Plan: Develop, track, and optimize a master integrated program plan that accurately maps milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
• Health & Risk Monitoring: Aggressively monitor delivery performance, cross-stream priorities, dependencies, and resource constraints across decentralized teams.

Cross-Stream Coordination & Alignment

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Facilitate tight collaboration and serve as the connective tissue between Business, Quality, Technology, and Change Management teams.
• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify cross-stream dependencies and resource conflicts, driving rapid, diplomatic resolution.
• Standardization: Standardize planning, tracking, and governance practices to ensure all streams operate under a unified project methodology.

Reporting & Executive Communication

• C-Level Dashboards: Collate and synthesize raw workstream data into high-quality, actionable status reports and executive dashboards.
• Steering Committees: Prepare and confidently present steering materials, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and C-level audiences.

Change Enablement & Strategic Challenge

• Constructive Challenge: Critically review plans, spot inconsistencies, ask probing questions, and push back constructively to surface hidden risks.
• Adoption Focus: Contribute to change management strategies, ensuring that functional eQMS upgrades translate into actual user adoption and sustainable business habits.

Essential Program Management Expertise

• Global Transformation Track Record: Extensive experience leading multi-workstream, global transformation programs within complex, matrixed corporate environments.
• Matrix Mastery: Demonstrated capability managing initiatives with shared resources, decentralized teams, and competing corporate priorities.
• Methodological Command: Fluent in modern program and project management practices, methodologies, and enterprise tools.
• Core Disciplines: Expert-level execution in integrated planning, resource capacity planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Professional Maturity: High degree of ownership and professional maturity; comfortable operating effectively in a high-visibility role with minimal supervision.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored for C-suite interactions and steering committees.
• Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in English (Minimum C1 proficiency).
